By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. By submitting User Content, you grant Beat a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, and display that content solely to provide the services of the App. Beat is not responsible for any loss of data. Upon deletion, your data will no longer be accessible. 7. Limitation of Liability: Beat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
